A New Commercial Facility Focused on Experiences and Community

Keisei Electric Railway Co., Ltd. and AEON Retail Co., Ltd. will hold the grand opening of AEON Mall Tsudanuma South in Narashino City, Chiba, on Wednesday, March 18.

The new shopping center is a redevelopment of the former Tsudanuma 12th Street Building, owned by Keisei Electric Railway Co., Ltd., and has been developed through a capital and business alliance with AEON Co., Ltd.

The mall will feature the anchor store AEON Style Tsudanuma South, offering food, cosmetics, and daily necessities, along with approximately 50 specialty shops.

With restaurants, event spaces, a movie theater, and a wide range of food and beauty shops, the facility combines everyday shopping with experience-based spaces.

It aims to serve as a community-oriented destination with a focus on younger generations, while also meeting the diverse needs of local residents.

In conjunction with this opening, the neighboring facility will be renamed AEON Mall Tsudanuma North, where services for families with children will be further enhanced.

Highlights of AEON Mall Tsudanuma South

Cosmetics and Beauty Zone

Directly connected to the station, the second floor features “Sokko Beauty,” a beauty-focused zone offering a wide selection of trending items, including popular Asian cosmetics with broad generational appeal.

Testers and beauty appliances are available, allowing customers to experience products before purchase. The floor also includes “Cosmeme,” a select shop offering luxury and international cosmetic brands.

Lifestyle Floors and Pop-Up Stores

From the third to fifth floors, the mall brings together shops offering fashion, accessories, and interior goods designed to suit a variety of lifestyles.

On the fifth floor, the entertainment facility GiGO will offer limited-edition items featuring popular characters. Pop-up stores related to oshi-katsu (fandom activities) will also be introduced, providing opportunities to discover a wide range of themed merchandise.

Food Floor for Casual Dining

The sixth floor introduces “ROKU Baru,” a food zone with 13 restaurants, including bars and dining spaces suitable for group meals.

Tenants include a wine bar from Funabashi, a well-known sushi restaurant from Niigata, as well as casual taverns, monjayaki restaurants, and specialty mala soup shops.

Fresh Food and In-Store Prepared Items

Food areas are located on the basement 1st floor and 1st floor. An eat-in corner will be set up in the center of the 1st floor.

The food section offers sweets made with seasonal fruits. sold in-store, square-cut pizza slices, and other freshly made and freshly cut items. Purchased items can be enjoyed in the eat-in area.

The meat section will debut “MEAT PARK,” a new sales concept AEON Retail has been developing since 2025, making its first appearance in the Kanto region.
